Statistical analyses and reporting
Current stream status, coverage, geo location, players, etc.
The radio statistics are available inside the customer area, you can export the reports as PDF as well.
Our real-time statistics reflect a snapshot of your live stream and show the listeners currently connected.
So that you can keep track of your current audience, we display the connected clients (listeners) both briefly summarised as well as in a detailed "listener" table which you can view in real time in the customer area whenever you want.
The table includes the following listener information:
- anonymised IP/host
- geographical origin (IPv4)
- media player (UserAgent)
- connection duration (session)
Coverage / contacts
The long-term statistics give you information on how many listeners have been following your programme every hour, day and calendar month and show net coverage per hour and day as well as the average visit duration.
The gross coverage numbers tell you how many contacts you have generated per day.
You can set up the minimum listening duration to be considered yourself.
Client entries and exits
Overview about joining / leaving the live stream: number of listeners who entered and left the stream according to days-hour.
The listener analysis provides detailed information on the geographical origin (IPv4) of your listeners, as well as the media player used.
The analysis shows which
- federal state (canton, region)
- greater area (city, district)
the listeners come from and what are the most popular players and devices for the reception.
The analysis shows you which songs were playing when most listeners left the stream.
Please contact us if you have any questions about our web radio analysis or you want to take a look at our demo PDF.
